April the month of Victoria

It seems that this month we took lots of pictures of Victoria! She and Bell are growing so fast. It seems like I blink and they just grow by leaps and bounds. It’s happening too fast for me!

"IT'S SNOWING DADDY"

Well here was some fun news at the Moses houses. Thanks to Victoria it snowed in April. That's right snowed! Evan had set up Victoria with breakfast and then and went to go take his shower. Normally Victoria would have eaten her breakfast but that day she felt like getting into mischief. Just as Evan had fished his shower Victoria comes and knock on the door, and says very excited” Daddy it’s snowing!! “Evan confused says what? And goes to see what is going on. He opens the door and Victoria has white stuff on her. He thinks oh no! Where is the mess? Victoria still cheerfully tells him “It’s snowing daddy it’s snowing!” So after checking the kitchen and living room no snow- he goes to her bed room and finds her toy kitchen has baking soda which she had gotten out of the wash room. She picks up the baking powder and throws it up in the air and says “it’s snowing daddy, it snowing!” I wasn’t there for all this fun but it sounded hilarious over the phone!

BELLAS EATING

This Month Bella decided just as mommy gave up on trying to feed her, she would eat. But on one condition! She had to hold the spoon. After a couple of days she caved and let me feed and now eats like a champ!

Victoria discovered that she can fit into the dryer! To bad there is always clothes being g run through it~

EVAN

Evan is getting close to the finish line in getting his degree! 3 classed this semester and then one left which he’s probably going to CLEP. Yeah !!! We are sooo soo happy for him! He putts in a lot of hard work. Not only in his classes which he strives for perfection in his work! (Getting A’s) But he dose a great job with taking care of the girls, cooks amazing dinners and even cleans the kitchen!! I’m so so very lucky!

TIA SARAH'S EASTER BASKETS

The girls got a great Easter box from their Tia Sarah! Victoria’s had a princess dress up gear and she even got her own DIVA WWE wrestling belt! As you can see we were trying to get her to pose and growl like a wrestler but it came out like a pirate arugg!Bella liked the little Easter people :)

VACUMING

We got New vacuum! Yeah! Victoria is not the neatest eater so we vacuum a lot! Victoria likes to vacuum! Here she is with her popper copying daddy saying she’s vacuuming!

So not only did Bella decide she was ready to start eating but she decides to work that little pinching grip and pick up finger food. Here she is with her puffs!

VICTORIA'S FIRST HAIR CUT

Back to Victoria! She like that at home to the attention must be on her! Well any ways. She got her hair cut!! Yeah! We tried last month and it was a disaster! I took her favorite movie and it was a no go she screamed all the way through it. But this time Daddy talked it up. How she going to sit in a special chair and the lady was going to use special scissors. (Lately she’s been talking lots a bout scissors, how she needs some scissors) So we went and I took a special treat – Sorbet! Well we got there and I decide since we were going to be waiting we were going to watch other get their hair done so she could see it was okay! And it worked pretty well one of the hair dressers’ talked to Victoria a bit asked her if she was getting her hair cut. At first Victoria said no and then watched the lady work on the girl’s hair and then asked Victoria again are you going to get you hair cut and Victoria said yeas. Then Finally Victoria’s hair dresser was ready for us. I told her if she sat in the chair and let the lady cut her hair she could have sorbet. So she sat the and I fed her small bit of sorbet while she got hair cut!

Dancing to stay out of Bed

So we put Victoria to bed and she dose her usually comes out of the room and we tell her go back to be Victoria. But his time she came out dancing! She put on a head band on her head and had baby head bands dangling off her arms and said I’m dancing mommy, I’m dancing! It was so cute I had to take a couple of pic’s before I sent her back to bed!

Like a good friend of ours says “God mad dirt and dirt don’t hurt!” Victoria was on play date with one of her toddle friends and while on the playground found a dirt hole! I thought I should stop her but what the hey- she was having fun and it gave me a chance to meet a new mom and have a nice adult conversation! So here’s my little pig pen showing off her dirtiness!

Spring Has Sprung!

Spring is here and we are enjoying it!

Let’s start with Easter! We really had a great Easter Sunday! Church was wonderful an the girls looked beautiful! We focused on Christ and enjoyed the commercial side of Easter as well from Easter baskets to Eggs!

March has been a fun filled month so I’ll break it down by persons!

Victoria: Just getting more and more imaginative. Becoming lot and lots of fun! She told “Toria go to work mommy” and put on my boots and hat and had my keys trying to go out the door!

She’s a really good climber! She snuck up on her top bunk bed that I use to store stuff and decides that it would be a good idea to take her nap on the blankets that are up there! Her daddy found her and told her that was not safe!
Victoria has also been wanting to help in the kitchen. Her she is helping making tortillas!

She’s also been the Naki- bandit. Whenever she can she sneaks away and come back naki!

Isabella- She’s starting solid food! She’s not a fan yet She keep her lips pressed making it so difficult to get that baby spoon in! We also broke out what my mom calls “the Johnny Jumper” Isabella loves it! She sits on her own and she’s rolled over a couple of time but not in front of me. She scoots. Like I can face her one way and then 5 mins later she’s done a 180 having her head were her feet were and her feet were her head was, this all on her back!

Here are the girls and I enjoying the spring air. We decide to break out the baseball gear and play a bit. Victoria enjoyed it! She even got creative and tried to use a rock instead of the baseball. She said “How about a rock?” And placed it the T, then hit off. About after 10 minutes of playing ball she decided it was time to explore and look for what she calls bug-a-bug-a-s (she got it from Dora the explore)! Meanwhile I got in some nice pictures of Isabella and cherry blossoms

Yes cherry blossoms. They are quite beautiful here on base! We went out and took some pretty decent family pictures!

I also found out this month that I have beens diganoised with hyperthyroidism. So far I got a scan done and it looked okay to me, but I’m not a radiologist. SO hopefully in a week I’ll have some definite results and a hopefully a plan of action to take care of this. So far it has been unpleasant. For two week I had to go on a special diet where I couldn’t have anything that was high in Iodine because of the scan I was going to take an Iodine pill. So no table salt ie: iodized salt or milk products, or fish or process goods. That’s like everything! So Evan was really great and made me bread and helped me with a lot of my meals. It was tough but we got through it. So right after that scan I headed to McDonalds! Ordered a milk shake and McGriddle! Ummm! Just a side note the scan was like a cat scan and I had to wear the yellow shoes that had a radioactive symbol on them! I got the scan done out in town. It was kinda cool!
