Christmas 2010

It's Christmas yeah!! We still had a pumpkin left over for Halloween that never was carved , so when thanksgiving came around, we just put him out but now that Christmas was here the pumpkin was sticking out like a, well an orange pumpkin. But what to do with him he wasn't going bad? So we made him into a holiday pumpkin! Now he's Santa Clause!! We'll see how long he last. :0)

So Christmas Eve everyone suppose to be in their beds and some how Bella ends up next to her bed on the floor in her little "cave"

With all those gift the favorite were the guns which we got from The "Paso" Moses family and The Madera "Moses" family (Grandma Charlie and Grandpa Joel!)

My Nephews Christmas Program! 14 Dec 2010

So my nephews after school program put on a Christmas program! Of course we came to support!
The girls absolutely loved it!

Here you can see they are absolutely captivated by the stage!

Here's Jonathan in the very back left hand corner with a Santa Hat on. They are doing the 12 days of Christmas.

Joshua was next. His program was really great! It was Christmas night at the Museums were the Art pictures came to life Josh's scene was the best! He was Santa Clause for some reason I can't get the video to up load here but here is the link to You Tube!! It's so awesome!! He rocks!!

Gingerbread House 23Dec 2010

So in order to avoid the crazies of doing nothing during Christmas vacation we put together a Gingerbread house! Last years did not taste good (a box kit from Walmart). This year we picked up another box kit from Toys R Us done by Wonka candy! Way better tasting!! and lots of fun and affordable! I think when they get older I'll actually make one from scratch!

He squished it in his hands and then smeared on to his face! Loooovely (insert sarcasm here) :p

Gi-gi

So we have inherited a Chihuahua! Her name is Gi-gi (like the letter G but twice "G- G") She's a nice dog. Kinda hyper and nibbles a bit when she excited. They girls have grown to like her especially Victoria. Evan is determined to not like the dog, so we'll see if she ends up permanent. But I see him warming up to her. Only time will tell if she becomes a permanent family member!

Every now and then my kids are really cute and I just got to take pictures of them! I know they won’t be cute and this age forever so I’ll just cherish it while it last!

New Beds

So we got the girls new beds because Victoria inheriting Evans destructive gene decided to jump from the top of her sister’s dress on to the end of her sister’s bed. Thus breaking the side rail all the way through at the bottom (which received her impact) and cracking the rail at the top. Needless to say we were very upset and decided we could not let Bella sleep on a slanted bed so it would have to be replaced. Bunk beds take up less room and the girls need as much room as they can get with all their toys so we got a trundle bunk bed. So that we can roll it out night and roll it back in the morning for play space. This also means the girls (and I) must keep the room tidy so it’s works on many levels!


Here they are with their new beds that has also became their new toy! They made it into a cave , or fortress, or hide out whatever you would like to call it!

They put their night light in there for some nice ambiance lighting :)

And yes they are comfy as you can see they pulled all their blankets and pillows in the space! Gotta love being a kid!
